Can we reduce or stop using chemicals
in cooling systems?
In cooling systems the corrosion has been the problem from the
beginning. For example, in plastics industry the corrosion of
the very expensive moulds has been a problem which has forced
to use inhibitors. The result, based on water samples, has been
opposite: dissolving has increased. After using the Bauer water
treatment with pure water and filtration the corrosion has stopped.
Also the bacteria growth has stopped and no more expensive biocides
have been required. This means that also the environmental aspect
is in order.
